Derwent Inktense Pencils are highly versatile water-soluble pencils which create vivid ink-like color when combined with water. Highly pigments dry color transforms into a pure, translucent ink-like wash which is permanent once dry. Due to it’s permanence, Inktense can be worked over without affecting previous layers of vivid color. Suitable for use on paper and fabrics for a wide range of fine art and craft projects.
