Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation and give us at least 14 days notice, your deposit is refunded less a $10 cancellation fee. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-book your room. We sympathize when guests must cancel their reservations unexpectedly but unlike a large hotel, we only have 15 rooms and never double-book. Cancellations cause a great impact because when your reservation is confirmed, we must turn away all other requests for that room.
Pet Policy
The Greenville Arms 1889 Inn strives to be a pet-friendly establishment because we know pets are an important part of the family! That being said, we still have to adhere to local ordinances and maintain consideration for all our guests. Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always welcome. Should you wish to bring your pet with you, you’ll be asked to read and adhere to the following policies;
Pets may not be left unattended in the Inn rooms unless they are securely crated.
Barking dogs may not be left unattended in the Inn rooms under any circumstances.
As there are dogs who live on the property and the possibility for multiple guests to bring pets, pets must be friendly with other animals and of course, other people.
You must pick up after your pet. If you need plastic bags, we are happy to provide them. There is a scooper tool set in front of the Main Inn, next to a disposal can as well as one near the picnic table outside of the garden near the Carriage House.
Dogs must be leashed at all times when they are outside of your room.
Pets are not allowed in the Main Inn or in the Carriage House Studio.
Pets are not allowed on the room furniture unless the furniture is covered with a protective covering. We are happy to provide you with pet blankets to use for this purpose while you are here.
If your pet is disruptive (for example barking or whining), you may be required to find alternate accommodations for your pet. There are nearby facilities which offer doggy day care and boarding. (Catskill Mountain Bed N Biscuit is about 20 minutes south of us and they can be reached at (518) 678-0800. They offer both daycare and boarding services.)
Pets must either be crated or out of your room while housekeeping visits your room each day. Housekeeping is typically performed between 9AM-12PM.
A pet fee of $50 per stay is required for each pet.
Pet owners will be held responsible for any damage to the Inn rooms and/or property caused by their pets.

We receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way from time to time. You may provide basic contact information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address to enable us to send information or process your enrollment and we may also collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your contact or email preferences, respond to a survey, or communicate with our staff.
We may use personal information collected from you for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing material, updates regarding our website, information in the form of a newsletter; and to produce a check-in bill. This will only apply if you request information through our website to receive additional information and have provided us with that personal information. However if you wish to cease receiving any such information you may let us know either by email or unsubscribing at any time and your request will be actioned immediately.

If you complete this form, you will receive an email from us with the requested information and be signed up to receive a monthly email newsletter from us. The personal information you share with us when completing a request for information on our website a stand-alone database that is not connected to the internet or any other network. When you book a stay, some of the personal information you provide is also documented on a registration form which will be stored for a period of ten (10 years) to comply with State and Federal tax regulations.
